In order to receive your ESGO 2018 Certificate of Attendance and CME credits, we would like to ask you to spend few minutes and fill in this evaluation form. This is a mandatory process requested by the U.E.M.S / EACCME (European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education) and very helpful for us. We want to learn how satisfied you were at the ESGO SoA 2018 Conference and what can be improved in the future ESGO events. Once submitted, you will receive your certificate by email to your email address that you will indicate to us during the process.

Accreditation for Continuing Education
We are pleased to inform you that ESGO State of the Art Conference: New Insights in Rare Gynaecological Malignancies, Lyon, France,
has been granted 14 European CME credits (ECMEC®s) by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®).
Each participant can only receive the number of credits he/she is entitled to according to his/her actual participation at the event once he/she has completed the feedback form.
