Abstract Publication and Embargo Policy
Abstracts will be available in the conference mobile application and on the conference website approx. two weeks before the conference. ESGO2018 SoA Conference abstracts will be published as an online supplement to the International Journal of Gynecological Cancer. Click here for more information about the journal.
Blackout Policy
ESGO kindly requests that all sponsors, exhibitors, special interest groups and other stakeholders respect the ESGO Blackout policy and refrain from holding organized meetings or events for more than 8 participants parallel with the scientific sessions (Oct 4, 2pm - Oct 6, 1pm). This applies for meetings at the venue as well as to the nearby hotels.
CME Accreditation
An application has been made to the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME) to provide accreditation by the following CME activity for medical specialists. The EACCME is an institution of the European Union of Medical Specialists (UEMS).
The SoA 2018 conference was granted max. of 14 credits.
Language
The official language of the conference is English.
All abstract submissions and presentations should be in English.
Liability & Insurance
The Congress Secretariat and Organisers cannot accept liability for personal accidents or loss of or damage to private property of participants. Participants are advised to take out their own personal travel and health insurance for their trip.
Photography; Recording Privileges
Conference content is the copyright of ESGO, however, non-flash photography using personal devices and for strictly personal, social or non-commercial use, is permitted if not disruptive to the speaker and/or other session attendees. Video or audio recording in scientific sessions is not permitted unless authorized by ESGO.
Visa Requirements
Some ESGO 2018 participants may require Visas in order to enter France. Please check with your local French Consulate or Embassy.

Webcasting
The Conference webcast will capture the official programme, where speaker permission is granted. The webcast will be available to ESGO members (through ESGO eAcademy) after the congress and delegates who paid the webcast fee. Delegates can purchase the webcast package on/site at the registration desk for 50 Eur (VAT included).
